An exhibition of bullfighting paintings will be inaugurated on Thursday, September 29, at the Spanish Tourism Office.

Una exposición de cuadros taurinos será inaugurada el jueves 29 de setiembre, en la Oficina Española de Turismo.
—¿Y quiénes participan? —Los pintores José Puente, Luis Alvarez de Lugo y Félix Mas. La muestra la integran unas cuarenta obras.
A la apertura de la exposición están invitando el Comité de Damas del Hospital San Juan de Dios y Carlos Serfatty Borges.
—El Comité lo preside María Luisa Blanco Sosa de Branger, y el objetivo del acto es el de procurar fondos para el hospital, una entidad que cumple con una encomiable labor en el campo social del país.
—¿Algo más de interés? —Por cierto que sí: Floradelacoll quiere colaborar, y en efecto, ha pintado un “derechazo” inspirándose en el arte del matador azteca Chucho Solórzano, hijo. Ese cuadro se rifará la noche de la inauguración. Para el halago social de los asistentes habrá un brindis.
